Rapid CNC Machining Services

RUIBANG offers a complete range of precision CNC machining services, including milling, turning, EDM, wire cutting, and surface grinding.

With advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, including Japan-made OKUMA equipment, and a highly skilled team, we can tackle both standard precision parts and highly complex custom designs.

Leveraging over a decade of experience, we provide efficient, cost-effective solutions, and work closely with clients to recommend the best machining approach and tailored quotations for their specific needs.

Our CNC Machining Services

RUIBANG provides custom CNC milling and lathe services. Learn more about what services we offer.

CNC Turning Services

CNC turning is perfect for making deep holes, threads, and cylindrical parts with excellent surface finishes. When you need accurate parts, quick delivery, and flexible quantities, RUIBANG’s CNC turning can meet your needs.

EDM Services

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) uses controlled electrical pulses to cut through even the hardest metals with high accuracy. It’s especially useful for hardened tool steels. With the right settings, EDM can achieve a mirror-like finish without the need for extra polishing.

CNC Milling Services

CNC milling is ideal for producing complex prismatic parts and precise flat surfaces used across countless industries. With multi-axis machines, there’s no need for fixed tooling — giving you maximum flexibility and accuracy.

CNC Grinding Services

When you need parts with an ultra-flat surface, surface grinding is the best choice. Using a precision abrasive wheel guided by digital motors, this process delivers exceptional flatness and accuracy. Get in touch with RUIBANG to learn how our surface grinding service can support your projects.

Rapid Tooling Services

CNC manufacturing isn’t only for finished parts. We also use it to produce high-quality injection molds, die casting tools, rapid prototypes, and low-volume runs. Combined with our other manufacturing services, RUIBANG helps turn your product ideas into reality quickly and with reliable quality.

Tolerances

Tolerances for feature size:

Minimum +/- .002 for metal and +/- .003 for plastic

Tolerances for hole diameter:

Minimum +/- .001 for metal and +/- .002 for plastic

Tolerances for Flatness, Run Out, Cylindricity, Perpendicularity and other Geometry:

Minimum +/- .002 for metal and +/- .003 for plastic

Before providing a quotation, we will carefully review your 2D drawings to determine whether the required tolerances can be achieved. Relevant documents will be re-verified again before production.

Available CNC Materials

We work with a wide range of plastic and metal materials, including magnesium, mild and stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and rigid engineering-grade plastic resins.

Many of these materials are kept in our standard stock and can be sourced quickly from our trusted suppliers, carefully reviewed and approved by our team.

We can also handle specialty materials, such as super hard alloys. Just reach out to our engineers, and we’ll find the best solution to meet your requirements.
